4..One Brigham Circle aka 1610-1620 Tremont Street: Proposed expansion of allowed use
The property sits in Planned Development Area (“PDA”) No. 52, which was originally approved in 2001 for the current programming at the building (office/retail/parking). Community support is sought for adding “Clinic” as an allowed legal use at up to approximately 66,700 SF of existing floor area on the second and third floors (prior/current office use) of the existing building by amending the PDA.
